How find new talent

It’s easy to find new talent and invite that talent to join your Private Talent Pool. Workfree has talent community of trusted freelancers you can add to your Private Talent Pool.

• Go to the Network Tab
• Choose the Dropdown Company Talent and select Workfree Talent

• You’ll now be able to see and filter through the Workfree Community Talent

• Click on the profile you’d like to view and click Invite if you’d like them to join your Private Talent Pool.
• The talent will get an email inviting them to accept the invitation.

• This talent profile will now be visible under the Company Talent view
