To create a list select the New List option in the Netwok Tab
Simply give the list a name and select the talent profiles you would like to add to the list.
After you have Created the list, the list will appear in the dropdown menu.

Creating lists means that you can organise your talent into groups. You may want to have a list of talent per client, rate, location, skillset. On our Scale plan you can use these lists to send jobs to specific groups of people.
